Close to shopping center and Malls. The main reason was the family. We had breakfast and was so good and fast that we will go again soon.

Mattresses are old I’ve been staying at this location for many years and this will be my last. I had pillows removed from my room. I had 2 old rolls of toilet paper in my room and had to ask for more. I had to keep asking for towels. We paid for 5 guests and I would still get 4 towels. Make up towels have been removed from rooms. Only one towel is now being provided. The service has clearly gone downhill compared from the beginning.

A Good Option for Aguascalientes North
Nice property in the north part of Aguascalientes. It's another option to have in the area. The hotel and rooms are nice and it also has a full service restaurant. The only drawback is heavy road traffic due to its proximity to school and university. Off peak traffic is okay.

Very nice hotel with great service and dining area. The staff was very nice, professional and responsive. We had an issue with our air conditioning in the room and they responded right away to check it and after it was determined it couldn’t be fixed, they moved us to another room immediately without having to go back to the front desk. The bar is nice but small. The restaurant was spacious and had a good menu. The location is on one of the city’s main streets in that area but it was still quiet at night. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. The area is very safe and secure. It was a tremendous value for the price.
