"The front desk staff was fine but the food and drink staff were excellent. Standouts for us were Juventina, Jose, Alan, Xochitl and Esmarelda. The beaches were wonderful and it was a great option to sit on the grass. I would suggest putting out more beach chairs as people are pretty selfish heading down at 7am to save chairs while not showing up for hours. All the food was good and such a variety. Generous pours on the drinks. It was always easy to get a taxi to take us into town. Nice big...

"Our room was quiet, clean and had a view of the garden area, a small balcony was included. The staff were the best part of our stay they were always smiling and happy to help from Anna at the front desk to our favourite cleaners, shuttle drivers, servers as well as the concierge. All of our inquiries were answered and any issues were immediately taken care of. The food was okay, we did not go hungry. The beach club was a nice bonus however, located on a beautiful beach swimming in the ocean...

There is no Entertainment on site - We found out the last day that we could attend the sister property where they had nightly shows. I suppose we could have asked.
