"Our room was quiet, clean and had a view of the garden area, a small balcony was included. The staff were the best part of our stay they were always smiling and happy to help from Anna at the front desk to our favourite cleaners, shuttle drivers, servers as well as the concierge. All of our inquiries were answered and any issues were immediately taken care of. The food was okay, we did not go hungry. The beach club was a nice bonus however, located on a beautiful beach swimming in the ocean...

"No major complaints - The facilities are great. Pool areas and beach access is perfect. No gym facilities was surprising. There is no Entertainment on site - We found out the last day that we could attend the sister property where they had nightly shows. I suppose we could have asked. So in this regard I would rate this hotel as a good choice to stay. Location is great. Food is good. Service is great. Would come back again "

"Property is very nice. Small boutique hotel with upscale restaurant. It is isolated so if you like more choices in dining and nightlife choose a different location. Looking for a laid back vacation this is it. The only thing that might keep you up is the chickens and dogs. "

"We loved how pretty the pool areas were, the breakfast had slight differences every day and the two pools were comfortable temperatures and well maintained. Breakfast and the large pool were across the street from the main hotel building, which was a little confusing as we don't speak Spanish and most of the staff only spoke bits of English.
