"Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"It was a good experience overall. The hotel staff ate friendly and helpful. We stayed in an executive room and it was spacious and clean. We had the view of Taipei 101.location was great. Except for the water not draining so well in the shower and needing a netflix account to watch an english show/movie, evrything else were great. 😊"

"Other than the standard good stuff (location, cleanliness, hotel facilities), this hotel offers very attentive service for its guests. We notified the the hotel that we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they provided little decorations and amenities for us when we checked in, which showed that they cared for their guests. Areas of improvement - the counter at check-in and check-out times had only 1 staff, causing long waits. I expected a little more for a hotel of this size...

"Hotel staff are lovely and efficient with check in and check out. Hotel is about 5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. Room is small but adequate. Ceiling is too low for my liking. Bed is a little too firm. "
