"Great, affordable hotel for my work at WTO. Short walk to Taipei 101 MRT, Linjiang night market, tons of restaurants. Staff is tops, aim to please. I explain tradeoffs for excellent price: building is very old and prone to mildew smells, but staff work hard to keep clean and ventilated.
