The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way. They could not do more to make you feel welcome and to assist in any way. Breakfasts and evening meals are excellent, and the lounge with wood fire is a joy. Parking is convenient.
