"Our room was clean and tidy on arrival, few paint chips noticed around the room, especially in bathroom and on bathroom door, these are easily fixed and should be done prior to any guests arrival. More pillows should be available if needed, as my partner felt two were not sufficient to accommodate her sleep. TV in room had infrequent digital reception and the remote control does not allow full access to all of the TV, the TV itself is also very dated and does not have internet access...

"Was a bit worried after so many varied reviews. The hotel reception is not very warming or welcoming but the receptionists were amazing. We were given a free upgrade after she noticed our room was next to the party room. This was most welcomed. The room was lovely - however it wasn’t serviced and the shower gel dispenser was broken. Another receptionist gave us information for local taxis. Very long wait for food on the Friday evening due to there being 2 parties. We waited over an hour...

"Really friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. The bar area was very relaxing. Great big comfy sofas. The room was pleasant. Tiny shower room. Comfortable bed. The pillows were really firm and i couldnt work out which were meant to be the soft option. The decor was ok in the room. Could do with a freshen up. It was clean. The pool was really nice.
