"Comfortable and welcoming "

"The room/bathroom was very clean & comfortable as it looked newly refurbished. One small point, on our first morning maintenance men turned up at 8.30 am working on the flat roof outside our room. As breakfast was served from 9 am, I would have thought it would have been appropriate to arrange for this work to at least start from 9am when guests are more likely to be at breakfast. I would like to add that all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. "

"A nice welcome to the Hotel. The room was clean and attractive and I liked the shower. Breakfast was hot and well served. We opted for the evening meal for our short stay and was 'home cooking' style . There is a bar so we could order drinks with the meal. "

Spotlessly clean, and a lovely welcome from the owner which included a vase of flowers, some cookies, and a personal message in scrabble letters on the fridge! Everything you need is provided for. The views from the back of the cottage were superb. We were blessed with wonderful weather which made the whole week even more perfect. There are so many things to see and do in Suffolk - from beautiful beaches and quaint villages to stunning stately homes,...
