"First time at this hotel which was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was amazing. Make sure you check hours if things though bc the Vault & Rotunda were both closed on a Sunday night. So we will be back again to check out both of those areas. Only one suggestion: this hotel is too good to be serving powder creamer with its coffee in the rooms! "

"Great stay. Easy check in process and communication by text message. Rooms clean. We visited our son at Case Western which was down the street. Easy walk to Little Italy restaurants. We are staying again for graduation in May."

Every detail is beautiful, the tile exquisite bed linens, and every touch in the common areas – – there are gorgeous floral murals, and the service is impeccable. "We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
