"The best customer service i have received in my (not short) life. Gavin went way beyond good in that he drove to me when i was lost and my navigation not working, following which he then took me to the shops in his car in the dark and rain so as i could eat!"

The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way.
