"Lovely old manor house but due to the late arrival and being dark could not enjoy what would have been a really nice garden and surrounding area. Good food in the restaurant, though £4.50 for a bottle of still water seemed excessive but everything else was good. Polite friendly staff, and would stay there again and hopefully enjoy the grounds and gardens next time."

"We had a really enjoyable 2 day break. A nice hotel set in well kept grounds and with pleasant and accommodating staff. We stayed in a pavilion room which was the quietest hotel room we have ever experienced."

"We stopped here for a weekend and were generally very pleased with it. Clean, comfortable, great staff and service and good food. Our only conolaint was that the room we stayed in was very small for a family of three and only had a shower in the bathroom so i couldn't give our little one a bath, and it was a struggle having two people in the bathroom to wash her."

"My only negative would be the beautiful exterior being hid by the scaffolding as they were having work done. That and the hike up the hill from the train station. We should have called an Uber. Delightful staff and enjoyable morning breakfast in the hotel. Nice comfy room and bathroom. "

"The Guesthouse made our trip to Bath. The location is excellent, close to everything while still being on a quiet street. The staff were kind and generous and the room had a very cozy, homey feel. I will definitely stay at a Guesthouse property again. "
