"Lovely 16th century cottage that we had to ourselves as no host on site and no other guests. Surrounded by fields so lovely views, but access a little tricky down a single track road. Accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed and loads of character. Very comfortable bed and large en suite. Delicious breakfast cooked by lovely Pat. Overall, extremely good value for money. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway."

"Staying on the houseboat was certainly the unique experience that we'd hoped it to be. We arrived later than planned but a quick call to the host helped us navigate to the parking area and gave us directions to meet him at the boat. The boat itself was freshly made up for our group, it was toasty warm with central heating and a log burner. 2 single sofa beds in the lounge were a great solution. "Ideal stay when attending a function at Grittleton house as only a few mins walk. Room was clean however was very cold (we did stay in December). Breakfast was good but no veggie option for my wife and I did not like the cats walking around the dining room and at times sat on my lap and walked across the table."

"This is a great place to stay. My room and the whole house was spotless and very comfortable and cosy. The owners are lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and I have yet to feel hungry, 9 hours later. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again. "

"Great location, amazing to be staying on great pulteney street. Staff were all lovely, and breakfast was good. Only factor to note is it was quite cold in our room in the afternoon and morning, the heating didn't seem to be on, and there was no way of increasing how warm our room was. That being said, if you're planning to be out all day this wouldn't be an issue. "
