"Lovely find, would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and had made a big effort for the London Marathon people of which we were included as we watching our daughter run. Room had air con which was great as it was a hot day, the twin beds could be pushed together to make a super king and gave us a good nights sleep. There was minimal noise in the hotel so it must have good sound proofing. we stay a lot in London as both daughters live there and this by far the best in terms of comfort, aircon and overall value for money compared to others we have stayed in like Travel lodge. Only downside was that I thought our rate with Hotels.com included breakfast and we arrived to find it did not, but Westfield shopping centre was a five minutes walk so we went there for breakfast and evening meals. "

Wasn't expecting much with it being a one night airport stopover, but the basic double room was clean and modern, the bed was super comfy, and the air-conditioning actually worked really well and cooled the whole room nicely. William at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Overall a great night."
