"Lovely hotel a short taxi ride from the major attractions. Technically, it would be 10-15 walk, too, but sidewalks in the area are filled with parked scooters, plus traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk, so walking is challenging. We got to enjoy the pool for one day, but it was closed for renovations on Christmas Day. Maybe check if it open If pool is important for you. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would stay again when they fix the pool."

"The service and staff were exceptional. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter so we were in the midst of it all. The hotel amenities, sky bar and buffet breakfast were all outstanding. Will definitely be back."

Cleanliness was disappointing although this was raised with senior management who were very quick to act on these issues and have already changed their system to improve these issues. I was advised they will refurb in the first quarter of this year, hence I would expect a much refreshed fabric, continued attentive staff and vastly improved cleaning processes. "
