"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. "No towels on arrival but when asked brought straight up. Soap dispenser ran out just after we arrived but again filled up asap"

"Having stayed previously, we booked the Neptune suite, for 3 people and our dog. Breakfast and service were first class. Because we were at the top of the building, the roof blinds were useless, letting in light and not fitted properly, def needs replacing, in both rooms. Not enough storage in the small bathroom, especially for number of people."
