The property is situated on a quiet street with many lovely independent shops, cafés and pubs nearby. Our host was also very friendly and helpful through the booking and check in process. We would happily stay again! "

"Great hosts, great location and beautiful cottage"

"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

"The new kitchen is such an amazing addition to the cottage. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and is perfectly situated right on the moor , with a lovely easy walk into Widecombe. Highly recommend this cottage. Will definitely be back soon ."
