"Lovely hotel in prime location, spotlessly clean room was very comfortable. Slight issue with electrics to bedside chargers sadly couldn’t be resolved but a minor irritation. Hotel very busy during our visit, all staff remained professional under pressure. Great"

"Great stay at the Bristol Hotel. Made to feel welcome by the receptionist Marian who was also very helpful. The room was cozy with a lovely view of the river. Comfy double bed but we did find it a little small. The room was quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location for restaurant's and exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again. "

It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast each morning; exceptional customer service accompanied by a welcoming smile and friendliness.
