"We stay every year as part of our Christmas shopping weekend and nothing really changes. It’s a good quality hotel, with great rooms & good amenities. The local is good but there is nothing else around so you’re in it with them in terms of food etc which is a little pricey. I think breakfast could be better. "

"Had a lovely stay for the new year. Staff were brilliant but this hotel is in need of some updating. We had a superior suite but the bathroom was in need of updating and the carpet in the bedroom had stains all over it. We probably wouldn’t stay again for these reasons. The New Year’s Eve party was excellent and the staff were great."
