"I went for New Year's Eve. I booked a room for my mom and me. I loved that they had celebratory hats (with blinking lights) and boas for guests staying at the hotel. I enjoyed the last two bands leading up to 12:00 am. Great time! Raymond at the Center Bar was amazing."

"Overall a good stay. Checkin went smoothly and staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The hotel property is old but not bad. The rooms definitely need renovating, lots of ware and tear, and broken elements. The surfaces in the room were not clean nor disinfected. "

"Restaurant was busy with comedy night and service was limited. We were told by comedy host not to talk during performances. We were not loud. Servers did their best."

"We were a little nervous from the outside of the hotel at first, but very pleased with the room. Parking was a little tricky to figure out how to easily bring luggage. Would like to stay again in the future and use the pool. Good value for Palm Springs. "

"Overall, a great stay. The decór and bright colors are so fun! The pool area is really nice, with two jacuzzi’s and music playing throughout the day. They have hammocks, a bocce court, and cornhole. The room is spacious and came with a mini fridge. The hotel is close to downtown and was a short uber ride to the bars. My only complaint is that the walls seem a little thin. I could hear our neighbors partying until 4am. The vibe is young and fun and they have a bar on site. I would not recommend...

"It was very pleasant. The room was very clean except for the bathroom sink which was neglected around the inside upper edges. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is in an excellent location and is walkable to all things downtown Palm Springs. The rooms are spacious. There needs to be some updates with the plumbing was the main downside."

"There was construction happening at the hotel the day we arrived, which made for a noisy lay-by the pool. Not a deal-breaker, but it would have been nice for it to be acknowledged. Additionally, the hotel bar was closed for renovations - again, no mention. The Ace is starting to feel a little too 'lived in' for the price, and could do with a spruce up. Next year we'll probably stay somewhere else. "
