"Was advised of lift access but didn’t specify that lift only went up to one level and then had to take stairs up. Caused some confusion. Better instructions be r time would be better to know where to go. "

"What an absolute delightful experience at Steigenberger. Location is central, and tram line is right at the doorstep. The hotel gives you a luxurious feel, the interiors are stunning and the place is spacious. The breakfast hall is huge and the food was excellent. The staff were absolutely friendly and supportive, 5 stars to the staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience 🤗"

"Everything was good. Excellent service in the breakfast, the servers were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, and the hotel in general was very elegant and nice. The smell in the hotel with the candles and the candy station was so nice and sweet for the season. The only thing I found is that some of the staff at the reception were kind of rude sometimes and sarcastic, but only some of the team the other part was amazing and very polite and helpful during check out. "

"Hotel was 5 minutes walk from Grand Place and 15 minutes from Brussels Central train station. Location was perfect for getting to and from attractions. Recommended."
