"The pool area needs some improvement. The chairs are placed. too close yet too few. No shades either. It seems there are too many rooms for the facility."

"The valet/bellhops were the heart and soul of the hotel. Joey, PJ, and the rest of the valet staff were the ones we interacted with the most (due to the way the hotel was set up) and they were amazing. The reception staff were ok and the lady we dealt with during checkin could have been friendlier. The hotel was very clean and the pool was pretty. We chose a city view and even that was an amazing view. The room had floor to ceiling windows and it’s a sight to see when you walk into the room....

"Our room was very nice and the views.. amazing! Customer service was SO accommodating and very helpful with ideas on where to eat in the area. All the staff including the the valets were very cool people. Only note is the wind noise we can hear by the door, but generally we didn't hear it when the TV was on. We had an amazing stay!"
