"Super friendly staff who fussed over our dog and made I'm very welcome. As this was our first hotel stay with a dog I was very impressed. My only quibble was there was no usb socket to charge my phone. Only on leaving did I discover plugs could be borrowed at reception, I will know for next time."

"Easy check in , evening meal reasonably priced and a lovely meal .We could have asked at reception for more towels for bathroom but only one bath towel and hand towel Lovely white towels clean and soft for 2 people.Overall good visit"

"Stayed for one night mid-week. We paid extra for an executive room. The first room had a musty smell in the bathroom, and we were given a different room immediately with a voucher for complimentary drinks as a good will gesture. The second room was spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower which was lush. The staff were very friendly and accompanied and I would definitely stay there again."

The breakfast was delicious and of a high quality with plenty of staff available to help. The main issue was that the room was above the front door so there was a lot of noise in the evening of people talking/shouting outside as there was a function on. There was also the noise of other guests outside the room in the middle of the night. There was a slight issue with dinner...
