"We stayed at this property for two nights before our cruise. The hotel is very luxurious. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the waterfront. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of food which included Japanese dishes. A cab ride to the Osanbashi cruise port cost 1300 Japanese Yen. If I had the opportunity I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Newly opened hotel, modern with sleek design, clean spacious single room! Staff are very friendly, speak fluent English. Very comfortable bed, water is very strong in shower room, I didn't want to get out of shower. Very convenient location, facing beautiful Yamashita Park. 100% satisfied and strongly recommended this hotel! I stayed here multiple nights and enjoyed my stay very much! I will come back in the future!"

"This property opened after the pandemic and we have stayed twice. It is a new hotel so it is fresh and very stylish. The staff is very accommodating and although English is a second language (as it should be) each staff member goes out of his/her way to take care of your needs."

"Then staff was extremely helpful and kind. The welcome that we received during check in was a great and unique experience. The room we booked "botan" was very spacious, clean and had a small garden path to our private onsen. We would definitely be coming back again."
