"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and for good reason. Great location and the accommodation is well presented and elegant. Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms are well appointed. The only down side on this occasion was that my booking was lost in the system. Hotel could not locate it and hotels.com itinerary was not acceptable at the hotel. After multiple attempts at the checkin and trying to work through hotels.com help page, we had to rebook and put holds on our credit cards...

"I really loved the location of this hotel. It was directly by the underground. They even offered storage luggage while we were waiting to leave the city. There are several small restaurants arounds for coffee and snacks. The beds were firm which is my preference!"

"The staff was wonderful. I was able to book a wakeup call and taxi to the airport when I checked in for the next morning. Taxi was waiting for me when I arrived downstairs. Was only a few minute drive to the airport. The bus from the airport drops you off across the street from Hyatt Place.
