"The hotel is on the older side. The pictures of the hotel doesn't do any justice. Need updated photos of room. Nice bigger rooms than the typical Japanese hotel rooms but the amenities of the room is outdated. The smell of the toilet smells like the sewer. The tub was old and it moved. When i entered the tub, it moved. We just stayed at the Hotel Grand Fontaine at Haneda Airport and it was very nice. Smaller room but nicer and the same price. It was a newer hotel but i highly recommend that...

"호텔은 많이 낡은 느낌입니다. 오타루 역에서 운하쪽으로 걸어서 5분정도 이며 바로 운하 앞이라 위치는 정말 좋습니다. "

"New hotel. Good size rooms with all the basic amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrush, razor, etc.) No shower cap though. Hotel is connected to a theater and a shopping complex with Daiso and lots of places to eat. Subway entrance is right in front of hotel with lots of underground shopping. Airport limo bus stop is across the hotel. "

"I loved the bathhouse the most. It was the highlight of my stay. I only wish the lounge didn’t close when the spa closed as I enjoyed that space. I couldn’t find the gym but no big deal cause I wasn’t really going to use it. The room was way too hot and we were always trying to figure out a way to keep it cool as possible but it always felt too warm. It made for restless nights. The bathroom smelled bad but that’s due to the construction of the building and not much can be done about it....

"Concierge really helped me out when I forgot to book an advanced seat for the highway bus. They took care of everything swiftly and promptly! This hotel was right outside of Nakajima park which was a great walk especially in the middle of winter."

"A well located hotel not too far from an entry to the underground shopping arcades. There are only stairs at rhat point so suitcases had to be dragged across the icy footpaths and roads to get to the station. In warmer seasons, a good choice. The info centre in the station showed a good access route getting actually out of the station which can be a confusing place!"

"This is the perfect hotel for city walkers. Conveniently located in the middle of central Sapporo with lots of things to do. Right outside of susukino district, the Sapporo station and Odori Park. Highly recommend for those looking for the hustle and bustle of city life! "
