"何度か利用していますが、設備は快適です。BSも見れるとより快適度が増します。 今回、利用した部屋は時計が止まっていたのでその点が残念でした。 加えて同じフロアに宿泊していたと思われる宿泊客数人が02時頃から06時近くまで階段エリアか、部屋の扉を開けていたかで、大騒ぎをしており睡眠ができない状態でした。フロントに人が居ない事を知っているのか、クレームが入らない事を知っているのか、極めて傍若無人な振る舞いがあり、この宿にはこの様な宿泊者も利用する可能性があるため、何か対策手段を講じられると良いと思います。"

"繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。"

"Very clean and had every amenity provided (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries). But one of the upper bunks creaked a lot. Probably needs tightening of the screws. Good thing we only needed 3 beds so it didn’t affect us. Location was very near both the subway and streetcar (5 min walks) Can take airport bus straight to Sapporo prince hotel and then walk 10min to accommodation. "

"◎ 預先在網上輸入資料, 無人登記入住方便. ◎ 可能因為民宿對面有工地, 民宿內部有平面的地方, 例如桌面, 燈, 電視, 吸塵機表面和梳化靠背等都有很多塵. ◎ 住的是2號室, 入門後要爬一條360度的樓梯才往二樓起居室, 搬行李上樓不方便. ◎ 2號室大門和民宿內馬桶有股坑渠的臭味. ◎ 迷你雪櫃, 冷凍格有5厘米厚的霜, 冰淇淋也放不下. ◎迷你洗衣機, 每次最多只能洗2條浴巾. ◎沒有室內防盜裝置, 晚上睡覺感覺不安全. ◎ 有免費停車, 門前停車位置預留給1號室, 就算1號室沒有駕車或沒有出租, 也不能使用, 要走路8分鐘至預定地面很多污泥碎石的停車場, 第一晚停車時有幾隻小狐狸跑來跑去, 指定停車位置也很難找. 第二晚開始決定自費將車停在民宿對面的水泥地停車場, 500yen/12小時, 700yen/24小時. ◎ 民宿地理位置優越, 離札幌市中心只有7分鐘車程, 晚上也安靜."
