Only criticism is that TV in room has no apps and no radio, very limited channels and didn't appear to be able to stream content from phone orc tablet. Parking very good and loca perfect if you wanted to go into town and very close to train station. "

"This is a true gem of a hotel and we felt that it was perfectly located for our needs. It is a lovely hour long riverside stroll into Oxford Our only complaint would be that you have to pay for parking on site. If parking must be made we would prefer to have the charge added to the bill rather than appear as an extra charge Every staff member was incredible and could not do enough to make our stay more pleasurable. Bonus points for having a sauna and steamroom We will be visiting again...

"Hotel could be really lovely if it had a slight revamp. Our bedroom smelled of damp, but we think that may just of been down the old building and old windows which had mould on the inside. The bathroom was great but not much room to manoeuvre in the bath to have a shower. The shower screen itself was not very long and therefore water went everywhere on the floor.
