"Fantastic service from start to finish, all members of staff literally could not so enough for us. We stayed in the Executive Suite in Mansion House. Room was extremely spacious and because it was our wedding anniversary, there were a lot of personal touches in the room like welcome gifts, balloons etc which was greatly appreciated. Food options were slightly limited but they were fine for our stay. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of options! We will definitely be staying here again… Thank you to everyone for making our stay an amazing experience. The only issue is, how is this hotel only a 3.5 Star hotel and not rated as a 5 Star because that’s what the hotel and staff deserve because at every step, they gave us 5 Star service! "

"The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The gym was well equiped and the pool/sauna/steam room provided a great opportunity to relax. The Club Room was perfectly adequate for two people and came with a sofa, which did allow us the opportunity to sìt while in the room. Breakfast came with plenty of choices."
