"Had to request a change of room, first room given was right at the front of the hotel with horrendous noise of wind coming through the windows. "

"Check in and reception were very good but first room had been smoked in and when the housekeeping manager came up she “sniffed” and told me that it hadn’t and gave me a look to imply I was delusional !! It clearly had been and I told her so. Reception gave us another room without any issue which was appreciated. The bar for drinks in evening had no cold sparking wine and each time we were served a bottle of warm wine to try to chill in ice!! "

"I booked here purely because of its location and wasn't expecting anything much but was blown away by the size of the room, it's cleanliness, it's modern decor, the gym, and the spa. For the price I cannot believe it!"

"The apartment is spacious, warm, and comfortable. It's easy to find, in a good location, and the access instructions are clear and easy to follow. On-street parking is easy to find within a 5 minute walk. If half stars were an option we'd give it 4.5. There's a few things that could be improved but really they're minor: some of the utensils and cutlery in the kitchen drawer were dirty when we arrived; there are no coat hooks anywhere and we arrived in winter with coats, scarves, hats etc - some...
