"We like the Norbreck usually but this time we were in a different wing. The walls were paper thin, we could hear neighbours conversations. The room was generally clean except the radiator which was disgusting. The lifts were also out of order."

"The property was very easy to find. The Reception area inviting, clean and bright with a nice layout and comfortable seating. The Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was of a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Convenient parking and prices were reasonable. We would definitely return."
