"Room 115 - Bathroom sink drained very slowly, no decaf coffee available in the room or in the breakfast area, window heater made the room 10 degrees hotter than the demand setting e.g. set to 58 (the minimum) but the room was at 68 so I had to turn off the heater all night to get the room to 65 or less "
