"The room was very nice. The casino was an experience as homeless people were everywhere with some sleeping sitting at the slots. The outside area had homeless people everywhere. "

"The staff and service were excellent, and we had a great time. There was a leak in one of the faucets in the bathroom (both handles) which flooded the counter and ruined some make-up materials. Only that was negative. Our room number was 579"

"We stay in Reno every time we ski and love this little hotel so much. We’ve been here 3 times and it’s an unassuming place that’s packed with goodness. By far, our favorite place. There is a nice guest lounge with a billiards table, an espresso machine, and a warm indoor pool that my kids absolutely love. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. "All roads including Interstate 80 were closed leading to Truckee early afternoon due to snow/winter storm. Clerk called to confirm if I was able to make the stay, which I wasn't, and promptly cancelled the reservation because she had travelers stranded in Truckee due to road conditions and wanted to give them a room for the night.
