"Overall the property and location were fantastic. The rooms were clean and updated. It was quiet and walkable to several dining options. It's location on the beach was ideal. Amenities and perks for staying at the property were also a welcomed bonus. Our only complaint is that the beds and pillows were sub-standard for a property of this caliber. You could feel the bed springs, the pillows deflated to a pancake when you laid your head on them, and the bed squeaked like you were dragging a metal...

"My stay was far from perfect. I ran into many issues and it started once I arrived. First issue was parking because there was no clear instructions on where to park and it took 30 minutestl to actually park. Second issue I had was my parking ticket. I recieved a parking permit in my room with the wrong date on it. There was no front desk so I couldn't get it fixed right away also I arrived too late so I would have to wait till morning. All night I worried about my car being towed. Third issue...

"This was a nice place to stay..It was quiet and people were friendly. Specific to our unit, the only things that I feel needed attention was perhaps adding some ceiling fans, in the bedroom and living room. It seemed like the air conditioner struggled a bit and may need updating. I imagine it would not have been cool enough in the summer. The bathroom should be updated. But everything else at the condo was very nice. "

"For the price I’d say it was worth it. The condo was fairly clean, easy to navigate, beach was great, pools left a lot to be desired but the kids still had fun. No hot tub. There were cockroaches outside but didn’t have any issues inside. Cable tv was meh. All in all we’d stay again. If you’re not expecting top notch luxury you’ll be satisfied whether you bring kids or not. "

"I think people really overreacted about this property. People were nice so was the staff our room was great we had plenty of towels and paler towels. The view was great had the coach turn into a sofa and another bed that could be pull of the bed and then the two main beds. I slept like a baby I don’t think this property is as bad as other make it out to be would definitely stay here again!"

"This place is the best setting!! Right on the beach! We loved watching all the traffic in the evening and enjoyed the music. I was there for work and the noise from the street didn't bother me sleeping. I had two of my grands who live in Charleston come up for a night. We beached it, shopped, ate great seafood, went to a water park and walked the pier!! Would def stay again. The parking was a pain but the garage was really close. "

"My family of four (21 and 9y/o) stayed 3 nights. The property management representative, Amanda is amazing! Very attentive, accessible and knowledgeable. The property itself - great location, accessible to the beach within minutes, nice neighborhood. Downfall - property needs to be better maintained and updated. Bed sheets and bath linen are very worn and not hotel grade. Main bathroom has mold in the grout, second garage door malfunctions, out door patio furniture cushions need to be protected...
