The room was very nice. The bed was in a superate room and there were a set of bunk beds in another little nook. It was super cute. The bathroom was loaded. Jetted tub,good lighting, exhaust fan that works better than average and the water pressure was good. Ocean front...no balcony but sliding door that opens so you can hear the waves. Walkable to restaurants,nightlife and the game rooms and shops. Great location

It was acceptable the customer service was excellent, the pictures that they show of the room on the website is not the actual picture of the room when you actually rent it. The inside pool and the hot tub was not available due to maintenance.

Office and staff were very friendly. The property is dated but maintained and clean. We were disappointed that the balcony isnt a proper balcony that you can sit on. It looks like it was removed to make to rooms a lil bigger. The view was still nice though. Our entrance door was warped and a b*tch to get open lol. The biggest problem was no hot water the morning we went to leave. We waited forever for it to warm up, but it never got hot and so we went without showers before leaving.

The receptionist is friendly and approachable. The room can occupies 4-6 people with complete kitchen utensils. I loved the frontbeach room. I recommended this hotel.

This is a dirty nasty hotel. The view is blocked by the pier. The room is dirty and the beds are terrible. I would never stay here again.

The facilities has been remodel in some areas, however the water did not get hot and the ceiling fan could not be used because it wasn't properly installed. The resort is beachfront but there is not a balcony which is not indicated in the description.

Great Price! Beautiful Scenery from the oceanside rooms but no balcony. Key Card never worked and had to be escorted every time we left the room. The manager was very apologetic but she was understaffed during busy check-in hours by herself. Made it difficult when we needed to be escorted to get let in. Parking garage was a little sketchy but it worked ok.

There was minimal handicapped parking and the only place to park was 2 blocks away in a parking garage with only stairs, no elevator. So if you had a person in your group that needed elevator access this was a big problem. Check in time took forever as they only had one person working on a holiday weekend.
