"Our experience was amazing. We had an amazing team get us started at the door with James and it continues till we left. The only hiccup we encountered was we tried to get a coffee at the coffee shop about 6-7 mins before closing and the young lady wouldn't make it for us. She was closing @9. We understood, we just wanted a warm cup after walking in the cool winds of the beach. We also had a $115 charge for use of something for our room and wasn't sure what got so we used NOTHING IN THE ROOM....
