My only complaint was with online contact assistance trying to find out if I could get a later checkout time. Only received a generic response when I asked with no follow up with a definitive answer, also never received actual check in information for unit and had to get assistance contacting customer support to obtain. Clean place to stay, pretty oceanfront view, indoor pool for cooler March temperatures, walkable to food places, convenience store and the convention center, check in was easy. Only thing that was not convenient was the location of the parking deck - one block away and a little annoying to navigate as a first timer, but everything else was great! "
