"The highlight of our stay was the staff. They were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. This ranged from extra bedding and additional heating for our room to the glorious porridge cooked for us individually at breakfast."

"The parking situation was not ideal. No directions or signage til at the underground garage. Have to obtain password from reception to unlock padlock to pull heavy metal gate open then closed. No direct route to hotel. So you drag luggage round the main road to the front of the pub/hotel. "
