"Our stay with the Ayrlington was good. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and the location was perfect - meaning we didnt have to drive anywhere. There were a few issues with the room (named Bamboo) that I felt were not indicative of a 5-star hotel. Things like: 1. Plug socket next to bed faulty so I was unable to plug something in. 2. "Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend of our wedding. The room was a wonderful size and while nice and clean it was a little tired in places. The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend booking a Sunday lunch if you the opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay."

"We were only there one night during Storm Darragh so didnt use the restaurant or bar, so can only comment on the room which was very nice with a lovely bathroom and great shower. Bed was really comfortable also 👍 9/10."

"James and Sam made me feel very welcome. The rooms were very comfortable, but the bathroom needs a deep clean. Very black around shower which I good scrub could get rid of."

"This has to be one of the best bed and breakfasts we have stayed in . Our room, no2 on the first floor was huge, immaculate and comfortable. That goes for the bed also..Breakfast was delicious. Cooked to order and plentiful. I would say that this accomodation would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Even if there are rooms on the ground floor there are steps to the entrancesnd the dining room is on the lower ground floor. For us though, we will definitely stay here again"

"Stayed here for a couple nights. The room was a bit rough around the edges, but nothing too bad. It was a good size room, plenty of space. It's in a quiet area that isn't a long walk into the city centre. It has free parking and a kettle in the room which I always appreciate. Alexandra park is nearby and worth a visit for the views. Overall we had no issues with this hotel 🙂"

"Loved our stay at the Lighthouse. We arrived rather late after a full day at Longleat, but it was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Check in was friendly and the room was lovely and impeccably clean. Breakfast was tasty and my gluten/dairy free husband was well catered for and my son couldn’t wait to try out the play area! Just a lovely stay all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we visit the area."

"A really nice place to stay in Bath. It's a great location between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The room was spacious with a sofa and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was friendly. I really liked the Sash windows. I will definitely stay here again. The only downsides are the shower isn't very powerful, the towels could be thicker and the lounge with fireplace and honesty bar is permanently shut. Which I would have liked to have used . Maybe take the lounge...

"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "Parking is off site and very close by. Very clean and easy to get into. Sofa bed wasn't super comfy but rarely are they. Overall a pleasurable stay as a family of 4"
