"Satisfactory stay and very content overall. The room (deluxe double) was adequate and decent. One of the particular standout features was Elemis toiletries throughout the hotel - this is such a small, but fantastic touch and a noticeable feature. The gym and spa also a highlight of the hotel and very much enjoyed using those facilities. "Lovely and cozy place. Room was comfy and the food was very tasty. Breakfast was served until 9.45 which is great and it had lots of options including the traditional British buffet. My only negative for this stay are the pillows are the usual hotel pillows that have no firmness. They did provide extra in the room but even with 4 stacked up they sink into nothing and feel like they're not there at all. "

"I loved staying here! I got a single room with a double bed and was amazed with how much space I was given. If you are a bathtub person the one in this hotel is amazing! Staff was lovely and accommodating. You have a gorgeous square full of history right outside close to train and bus stations, shopping, and dining. "
