"What a great find. The downstairs of the hotel has been upgraded and was cost, tasteful, excellent service from friendly staff. We had the 6 course tasting menu for dinner which surpassed all expectations. The restaurant for Sara by Sanjay was beautifully decorated and each course was sublime. Service was exceptional and overall atmosphere really lovely. Hotel in process of upgrading bedrooms and will all be lovely when complete. We will be back - brilliant stay and would definitely recommend. "

"A great country inn. Exactly what I was looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was treated to a local Scottish folk song jam session in the bar since I landed there on their regular meeting night. Very welcoming crowd. Great fun! It’s a country inn, not a hotel, but it’s perfect accommodations if you’re traveling by car. Close to Stirling Castle, Wallace monument and other sites of interest. "

The cottage was very bright, clean and well supplied with home from home high standard facilities including bedding cutlery and crockery. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. Also the location on dishwasher being farther from the sink. The washer/dryer is the one next to...
