The room was clean, but the stairs looked like they needed a clean.
All staff were friendly and polite.
The room had an espresso machine but no cups or instructions, I would rather have a kettle to make myself a cup of tea.
The room was quiet and I slept well, however the bed was quite bouncy, so I felt it when my husband turned over.
The hotel is on a hill, so be aware if walking around Glasgow.
However the car park across the street is handy, albeit expensive even with the discount.
Overall enjoyed our stay, but could have gone for a cheaper option in hindsight.
