"Everything was fine here except the elevators served only the top of the U shaped complex on one arm but my room was on the top of the other arm. A long walk from the elevator near room 401 and my room 461. Three long hallways to walk down. There were stairs near my room but they took you to an outside exit nowhere near the lobby. If there was some elevator or hallway I missed, it was not signed. Otherwise, a nice place to stay. "

"I thought I had booked a junior suite with a sofa bed but there was no sofa bed when I arrived. I called down and they immediately upgraded me to a much larger suite. Staff was friendly, Centro was excellent, and it was a convenient location, close to all of our events."

Only one elevator was working with 11 floors of guests on a weekend (and a wedding reception in progress), so there were very long waits. And I had a very large cockroach in my bathroom.
