"I loved the location. So close to the Christmas markets. Only thing, it’s so close that when I arrived, my taxi couldn’t drop me off in front. I had to walk with my luggage about 2-3 blocks. I was exhausted from travel so that was an unpleasant surprise. The room has the toilet separated from the shower and sink which is unusual to me. But comfortable room with great location. "

"My room is big, clean and cozy. Walking distance to central train station. Many options for dining. Near by a couple department stores for shopping. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast buffet gave me good idea what to buy for souvenirs. Acess to 2 big elevators . I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you"

"Excellent studio suite that was spacious & clean. Considering we are right by the busy Place Kleber we did not hear anything from outside. Staff and amenities are fantastic "

"Great location and great staff, clean , safe, room is nice size. My only complaint is our room was extremely outdated and dingy feel with carpet behind the door. Very dirty looking. Bathroom tile, needs to be replaced and rooms need fresh paint and carpet. Not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 1/2 stars because of old tired rooms."
