Bar service was terrible and the staff apparently was not happy either. Got a table, but no service. Paid too much for that to happen."

"I will say the hotel itself was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great! My only problems were the parking situation and the escalators to get to the hotel. The parking garage is an absolute nightmare to get to and to get into. The daily parking rate is soooo expensive. I had several issues with my room key to get out of the garage when I was in and out. Had to go to the front desk twice to get it fixed. Another issue was the escalator after the dreaded parking garage....
