"Stay was perfectly fine, Spa was nice but we didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on food and drink service. Staff were friendly and everything was clean and tiday in the hotel. On-premise EV charger was broken when we arrived but i called the company and they rebooted it for me. I was then able to charge the car OK. "

"I am a regular here and the staff are always lovely and willing to help. Only thing that lets it down it the lack of healthy options in the restaurant. Great if you want burgers and fried foods but would be nice to see some basic options or healthy switch-outs, like jacket or boiled potatoes instead of chips with everything. Even the protien bowls are boring and packed full of calories. Same goes for breakfast, fatty bacon dripping in grease and soggy scrambled eggs."

"Very good, excellent gym, pool and sauna were great, breakfast was good. Just would have been nice if the “club room” was a little larger. Other Village hotels I have stayed in have had larger rooms."

"Entertainment and events at this hotel, so quite noisy in the reception area, but our room was very quiet and we were able to relax. The pillows aren’t great, but I find this with most hotels and usually remember to take my own."
