"The hotel was in the perfect part of the city! We had our 3 young children with us and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Central Park is RIGHT there. Plenty of delicious food. Times Square is close enough to walk to but far enough that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of the crazy. Subway stop is steps from the entrance and NYC has the best public transport system in the US. Just a wonderful weekend and I can’t wait to go back!"

"Hotel room was big for New York city standards. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was 4 lifts, you would sometimes need to wait which is to be expected but the most annoying part was at reception level you could see which lift would arrive first, but on the floor level you couldn’t tell. As someone with limited mobility it was often a race to enter the lift before the door closed so that could maybe be improved. The room came with free breakfast. As a vegan I found it an appalling...
