"Perfect location for Times Square and transport links. On one day one of the two lifts broke and the other one had to be manually operated by the staff, so there was a bit of a queue in the lobby. However I would definitely visit again, the rooms are a generous size, although at 6ft the bath was a bit small for me 😂 Ideal place to wind down after a day exploring. "

The upper west side is a great neighborhood with easy walkable access to many restaurants and bars as well as the Museum of Natural History and Central Park as well as two train lines.
