Not enough milk in room , carpet in room heavily stained but the hardest thing espically if not good at walking far is there is no lift and alot of stairs. "We were staying for the weekend for our anniversary and got a free upgrade mentioned upon checking in which was a great surprise considering when booking the girl said she would write on the mirror and get some balloons etc to mark the occasion! The room was huge and presented nicely with the little touches added by the staff.
