"We really enjoyed our stay - the room was good, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was lovely, lots of choice and well presented, we ate dinner and breakfast, both very good. The staff were all very helpful and friendly , but one young man, by the name of Joel was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him, very friendly, pleasant and helpful. In all, a very nice stay."

"My stay at The Grange Hotel was pleasant and the staff went out of their way to help me in terms of room comfort and a slightly early breakfast (I had to leave earlier than breakfast start time). The food was tasty and of a good standard. In terms of the room, whilst it had a view towards the sea, I would have expected a larger room for the price but this is fairly typical of this type of property ie the charm of the place is in the character of the building and grounds....and this place does...

"The service needs improvement. We may be unlucky been served by a by a new employee ( I hope it was just a new employee or an untrained one). I ordered a drink a the bar and I actually explained to the lady how to do it - it was just an Apperoll spritz- nothing fancy). On the dinner , after we ordered, after 15 minutes, she came back asking us if we want to order something. The next morning, she forgot to bring me the breakfast ( after 30 minutes of waiting I informed another colleague and...

"Hotel very clean and comfortable, great room and bed, nice bar/lounge area. However one reason i booked this hotel was of the spa facilities, which were disappointing, the sauna and steam room were poor temperature wise, and the indoor pool was quite cool. Cooked breakfast could have been better. "

"My stay was great from the moment I got checked in by Persia who was lovely and even offered to see if the kitchen would prepare me something even though they had just closed. After my long journey from London it was a very good welcome. My room had a beautiful window with a view of the Lake and the mountains. The rest of the staff from the bar to the restaurant was really accommodating and kind. It’s within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, cinema and the lake of course. "
