"The property is impressive from the outside, cosy and comfortable on the inside. The staff are warm and friendly and welcoming. the facilities are good, lovely swimming pool nice bar and restaurant. The reason I have not given 5 star is 1. Temperature a little cool in the bar. 2. Toiletries in the rooms lacking considering the quality of hotel. 3. The bed was not re made although towels and water and tea coffee etc were replaced. So maybe they got distracted and forgot the bed. Not that I can't...

The room was fantastic and had everything you need, tea, coffee, shower & my room also had a bath.Plenty of parking directly outside your room. "Was a nice room. But wow was it roasting hot. We could find anywhere of turning the heating down or off so had a very hot night, even with fans on. The toilet however had no heating so was the opposite and freezing. Nice to have our own little room but think it was too pricey, compared to the many other hotels we stay in for major race events. Breakfast was toast, yogurts or 3 choices of cereal, nothing for vegetarians and not really a continental as offered. "
