"Lovely hotel and deluxe room was spacious. We went for half board but it only offers two sittings which we didn’t know when booking. We couldn’t get the early sitting on three nights so had option of either eating at 8.45pm which is too late after a long day’s skiing or having to pay to eat out which is what we went for when we couldn’t wait. "Very charming and well cared for boutique hotel with a nice Spa - able to book for an hour (so never crowded). Beautiful patio, and terrace with our room. Had a very comfortable 4 night stay. Went skiing and hiking- lots of options. For dining and shopping just check opening days/hours. "

"The hotel is nice, really good breakfast! Location is perfect! We had a room for 2 ppl which was nice but rooms a very tight. Pool has nice warm water, sauna and steam room are great! Too bad it’s only open till 8 pm. "

The Lobby quite spacious, rooms spacious by European standards, the dining is superb, 3 restaurants in hotel with large patio service, superb profession service, and the chef preparations for dinner exquisite, gymn, pool, sauna etc. Staff very friendly and professional, would return. & best of all SKI IN/SKI OUT !!! "We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...
