"I arrived at the property quite late and was given my room key reasonably quickly but I got into the room to see that a skylight had been left open and the room was freezing. I closed the skylight but there were no heating controls anywhere apart from a towel rail in the bathroom. There was a ventilation fan that seemed to be blowing cold air into the room. "Fantastic place to stay. Host very friendly and welcoming. Stayed in the mine. Very comfortable beds. Great shower and facilities. Warm pool and hot tub available to use. Continental breakfast was freshly cooked everyday and delicious. Secure car parking in very quiet area. Had use of the host’s garage so I could store my bike. "Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed....
